You are excellently located with a 1-minute walk to the grocery store, shopping center, or bus. A 13 min. ride on the nearby bike path through a beautiful nature preserve takes you to Goleta beach and UCSB. The bike path can also take you on a longer ride to downtown Santa Barbara.

Lead-free tile and real wood floors throughout this shoes-off home make for a clean, relaxed and peaceful environment.
