1st - got my key card (room was on the front side) & there was a black man on the 2nd bed & it smelled heavy of cigarette smoke (which is suppose to be smoke-free) A homeless man’s bike was right outside the door. They stated that the homeless have a habit of gaining access to he rooms. 2- the clerk took me to the 2nd room (on the backside) as we were walking to the room there were cigarette butts all over the place, a big woman had her door ajar (which is never a good sign). Upon entry I noticed the floor had not been swept and the linen was stained & very dirty. There no way I was going to stay there. I was able to get my money returned so that was a plus but I can believe this place passes for people to be able to stay here. A lot of changes need to be made & this could be a PRIME place to stay. Red Roof Inn surprised me w/ what use to be a prestigious hotel is a dump. Many families might try to get a room here. I’d hate for lil kids to see what this place represents.if I was you I’d look somewhere else.

Not enough towels for two people. No room service for 3 days' Broken Shower. Dirty muddy water in a bathtub. Checked out of hotel early and went to another hotel.

Monica and Heather are so kind! Monica always goes above and beyond for all of the guests I saw her helping others many times. When I needed the tv and bathroom light fixed, Dino was great to help. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use which is so helpful.

Terrible place to stay

The room I had was uninhabitable. The stench was unbearable. There were no screens on the window, dogs barking, couples screaming all night. Actually left and booked at the Radison. Paid for two nights at the Red Roof but was happy to lose that money. WORST MOTEL EVER!!!!

The first day of checked in,we found the bath tub was clogged and the towel rack was broken, The hotel did not supply enough hand towels,face towels and bath mat .We stayed 5 nights and we have to remind the front desk everyday to send somebody to fix the bath tub until the 4th day of stay,maintenance guy came in to fix the bath tub but unfortunately cannot fix the bath rack.This was a very bad experiences staying at Red Roof Inn,Lompoc

Room smelled terrible like a combination of tobacco with freshener, bunch of homeless looking people around or getting in and out of the rooms, loud music, people yelling, loud noises woke me up like 15 times. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
