The front desk person, was very nice, polite and respectful. He was also busy cleaning up around the lobby to make sure everything was nice and tidy. Room was clean, pretty good size too. Thermostat worked as I walked in and it was set for 72 degrees, perfect!!! Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and those were clean as well, that is always a plus! The sink was on the outside of the bathroom, good thing I was by myself or my wife would have woken up if I turned on the light. Bed was good, sheets were clean, the only thing I am hating nowadays when I travel is the small uncomfortable pillows a lot of hotels are using now. Breakfast was so-so, batter for the waffle was really thin and did not taste all that great, everything else was fine.

My stay of six days visiting family was overall very pleasant. There was a high standard of cleanliness in the room, breakfast area and outside on the grounds. The foyer was comfortable and welcoming. It was good to see minor repairs and updates being taken care of around the building. It seemed that there was a genuine desire to make it a good place to stay. Thank you !

Clean, safe, and reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast included juices,coffee,tea,milk, waffles, fresh fruit, bagels and packaged bakery goods, power bars, cheese omelets, sausage links, microwaveable burrito and breakfast sandwich. The bed was comfortable. We were on the El Camino Road side. Traffic was not to noisy. The bathroom was small. A pool was present. A short drive to highway 101. Santana Row has a mall of restaurants in an open area which was nice. Free parking across for two hours across the street. Ten minutes from the hotel.
