About this property

Apartment "Casa Julia" close to the Beach with Sea View and Terrace

The apartment "Casa Julia" is located in the north of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the small village of San Andrés, just a short walk from the golden sandy beach. The charming apartment with sea view consists of a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, thus accommodating 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, A/C and a smart TV. In addition, the apartment offers a spacious partly covered terrace with outdoor shower. Here you start on the comfortable lounge furniture with an enjoyable breakfast overlooking the sea in a beautiful, eventful vacation day. In the common outdoor area there are also sunbeds available for extensive sunbathing. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes are only a 2-10-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner (4-minute walk, 250 m). The apartment is only 5 minutes on foot from the beach.
