Charming Interior Designer's Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Approx 700 Sq. Ft. Approx. 3 Minutes or 2 1/4 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach, the Harbor, The Crows Nest Restaurant and other Harbor Restaurants and Outdoor Activities.

The home is a two Bedroom one Bath Beach Cottage with great south facing light. There is One Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Dresser, TV and luxurious bedding. One Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds and a flat screen TV. One Bath with a shower and ample towels. The Living Room seats 4 with TV, DVD player and comfortable down furniture. Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4.

There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

Excellent communication with Jason during our stay. Had a few questions on the operation of the hot tub and he was quick with a response. While small, it was enough room for the 3 of us (2 adults & 1 teen). It was great that the TV had all the streaming options. Cottage is close to town and easily to navigate. It was great to have a designated parking space in front of the cottage. Hot tub was great. Probably the only thing that might have been nice would be air conditioning. There was a heat wave going on (90's) and it was HOT until it cooled off in the evenings. There were some fans that helped a bit, but the heat was something that took a bit to get used to. All in all, a nice stay!

Amazing location!!! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and harbor. Very clean home. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a nice meal. Backyard was lovely. Owner was great at communicating. Parking is easy and right in front of home. The kitchen is a galley style, which is long and narrow, but still functional for preparing meals. There is only 1 heater for the entire home on the wall (no central heat) but it did a great job of heating the whole house as long as the doors were all open. Overall, a pleasant stay, and we would recommend it for those who don’t mind these small details.

The host was responsive with my questions and instructions on arrival and departure. The neighborhood is quiet with good restaurants nearby and you can be on the beach within a five minute walk. Parking out front, a charming little backyard and stars at night. It was great.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Eileen and Jason’s beautiful home! The house has such a charming and welcoming feel. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Eileen and Jason were wonderful hosts. Very friendly, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great stay! We enjoyed the cottage. Very close to twin lakes beach. The road was closed for us to easily access the boardwalk so we did have to drive further. The couch seemed very worn out. Everything else was great.

The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Beautiful backyard and side yard. Easy access and parking.

Excellent renters! Very informative, courteous and considerate. Well stocked with clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Clean linens and dishes. We didn’t need to clean anything before using it. We look forward to staying here again.
