We could hear the people in the rooms next to us all night. Plus the people in the hot tub right by the window. Needless to say, no one got any sleep. Also there is NO shampoo and conditioner.

The air conditioner was extremely loud all night, and it was basically impossible to sleep. There was only one chair in the room, and when I asked the front desk for an extra one, they told me none were available. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, which made showering really uncomfortable and unsatisfying.

Room 117 & 115 the fridges freeze your food. If it is salad, you lost $$. Room 117 is next to laundry and extremely loud at 7am, yelling, carts rolling, laundry banging. not a place to sleep in. but you're here for the waves nearby?!

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors, and outside however they provide earplugs if needed. It is very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, absolutely amazing location, we definitely enjoyed the hot tubs. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave, very big rooms. Only complaint, beds and pillows are too hard but enjoyed our stay.

We had a ground floor double queen bed room. The room was clean, had awesome shower head water pressure, comfy mattress, and a hot tub! There were a few minor nicks on the paint on the wall/furniture, but when it comes to what matters, our stay was everything we needed and wanted!
