This was a very tidy and well maintained apartment. It is close to the main resort area - yet was nice and quiet in the evenings. Staff were on hand and always very helpful.

Relaxing and peaceful

Really great stay at Marsol. I loved the communication via WhatsApp, it mean we could stay in touch and request items very easily. The check-in service was also very friendly and welcoming. I have recommended Marsol to my freinds who live in Ibiza as a great place stay,

Fabulous 4 day break.

Amazing mini-break. Apartment was really nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were efficient and helpful, contacting us to check we had everything we needed. Location immediately by the beach, parking available too. Would definitely recommend. We were unsure whether to book here or elsewhere on the island. So glad we came here.

Loved this place!

This was a very last minute booking for me (30ish mins before l was in a taxi and on my way here). l didn't have time to read reviews so very I'm pleased to have chosen this place. I received a WhatsApp from Noelia not long after my booking which was very informative. Noelina greeted me on arrival and she was so cheerful and helpful. l am grateful for her - thank you. The room was just perfect for me. Two big tvs were great especially the one in the bedroom. Bedroom was quite small but sufficient and bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. Enough english channels too. Kitchenette was ideal. Having a toaster, nespresso and dishwasher were a bonus too. The living area was spacious enough too. I was in 1C and having a small patio was nicer than a balcony. Bathroom was small but again sufficient and everything was quality. Having a small welcome bag with toothbrushes, comb, etc was a nice touch. A tray in the shower to put my own toiletries on was also appreciated (small touches makes a difference). I didnt hear much noise from neighbours or other guests. Great location. Absolutely loved this place and would return. Again, thank you Noelia ❤️

I would not come back

I was attracted by the positive reviews and a last minute offer but honestly, I would not come back. The apartment location was great, right on the beach, and this was the only positive side; the music of the restaurant next to the apartment (Pecador) was quite disturbing, at reception we were informed it would stop each night by 00:30 the very latest, but in reality most of the times it continued till 01:00 am, with restaurant’s guests hanging around and talking under the window of tour bedroom till 2 am if not 3 am. We had decided to sleep in Santa Eulalia instead of Eivissa hoping to find a quiet place to rest but unfortunately it was not the case. Regarding the apartment: spaces not well distributed : bathroom and shower far too small for a beach area, no cupboard where to put clothes, just a ridiculous iron bar far too high to hang max 3 or 4 items, cleaning service was extremely superficial. The equipment of the kitchen was too basic, for sure not what you expect when choosing a flat instead of an hotel room. If you need an iron and iron board or a drying rack you need to ask each time at the reception, you won’t find them as part of the apartment equipment. At our arrival, there was sewage smell in the room coming from toilette. I notified the issue at the reception and honestly it was solved the next day, but the first night we could not sleep well because of it, and there was no real follow up or any gesture from the property for this inconvenience.

Heel behulpzame desk (David). Zeer net appartement. Bedden dagelijks mooi strak opgemaakt. Dagelijks schone handdoeken (wat wel nodig is want door het kleine appartement zou je ze in de winterperiode zelf niet voldoende droog krijgen). Op stapafstand van alles. Super dicht bij het strand. Veilige parking tegen betaling. Kortom, een aanrader!

Mysigt, fräscht och fantastisk service

Vi bodde bara 1 natt på Marsol och blev så positivt överraskade över hur fint det var. Rent, fräscht och fantastisk service. Vår lägenhet var liten men väl planerad med utrustat litet kök och balkong med utsikt över vattnet. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen och rekommendera Marsol till par eller vänner.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, top Lage direkt am Strand und in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig auf den Zimmern. Die Zimmer verfügen über alle wichtigen Ausstattungsmerkmale, das Personal kommt für den Roomservice täglich vorbei und reinigt sehr gründlich. Ich war bereits das 2x dieses Jahr hier und werde das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall erneut die Unterkunft aufsuchen!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
