Finca Monterrey is located in the center of the island, in a fenced area of ​​5000 square meters with automatic gate. It is a very quiet and typical Ibizan house, surrounded by orange trees and thanks to its position it is very easy to move to all directions.
The beautiful village of Santa Gertrudis is 4 kilometers away, in front of the church there is a large pedestrian area with several bars and restaurants. In this village there are a bookstore, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and all necessary services.

The house can accommodate up to 8 persons and it features outside a private garden, a swimming pool (that is 9 by 7 meters large and 2 meters deep) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, hammock, where you can sun bathe and relax, a patio nearby under which there is a dining area with a barbecue. It has terraces, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds and 2 with twin beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and another one with shower), living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small in house laundry as well . In few words, FFinca Monterrey offers all kind of comforts, such as: air conditioning, Sat TV, sound system, WI FI internet connection, alarm system and a parking for two cars, so that you can enjoy a relaxing vacation without missing anything.
