The main adobe house is 8,349 s.f. has 5-bedroom suites and 9 bathrooms. You will feel as if you are on a permanent vacation just minutes from downtown's fine dining, shopping and amenities.

Small events/filming of up to 25 people may be allowed with prior approval and separate insurance policy and contract - fees for events range from $4000-$20,000. Please reach out to us for more details.

The quoted rate does not include the casita. Main home sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms (3 kings and 2 queens) With the additional casita (1 king), the property can sleep 12. Casita add on is $350/night + tax additional. If guests decide not to rent the casita, this space may rented at our discretion to other guests.

The pool is open and available to guests from mid May until mid Oct depending on the weather.

During the winter, the pool has a cover. The outdoor space can still be utilized but the pool is covered due to freezing temp

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
