This is an older property in a questionable area. Homeless people were congregated outside the hotel. The hallway was dirty due to remodeling. We had to check in at a kiosk and print our own keys while the desk staff chatted with each other.

Overall an "ok" hotel. Its main selling point is that it's cheap. As with everything, that comes at a cost in different areas. Biggest thing is probably that the floor AND walls are really thin. Noise travels very easily through it. The floor in particular feels like it is made of very thin wood, as it creaks very easily. Good luck trying to tip-toe to the toilet at night, everyone in the rooms adjacent can hear it, including anyone else in your room. Room itself was fairly clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. Beds were surprisingly comfortable Only other major gripe I had was although I had chosen to do a late check out, when I got back to the hotel room my card no longer worked. The front desk person indicated that she could fix this for now, it would keep de-activating my card. Thankfully we were leaving at this point but other people may not find that to be ok. Also is a fifteen minute walk from Meow Wolf, which is probably the only main attraction in that area (next best is Railyard or downtown which is much further north east). TLDR: it's an ok hotel for the price, but it may be hard for you to get sleep.

Fine but budget for sure.

Place is being renovated. I would say it is a budget hotel and priced appropriately as such. Queen beds. Not a smart tv so limited to the guide. 2 towels, asked for more and provided. One chair for seating. Room is small but adequate. Spent 3 nights. Excellent breakfast burrito in a small makeshift dining area. Free parking. Reasonable $20 pet fee. You get what you pay for. Its fine and leaves money to spend in the shops.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is good for walking your dog. There is a great dog park less than a mile away if you prefer. Use their shuttle to the Plaza so you don't have to worry about parking. Best of all is the "secret breakfast room"!

Good for a quick stay

This was a good stop for the quick overnight area. We went to MeowWolf, which was awesome. The front desk person, Seven, was WONDERFUL! Super helpful and lovely. The bathroom could probably do with an update.

The area seemed a bit sketchy and Its a very basic hotel. Rooms are dated and needs some tlc. I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast burritos with the chilis. I wouldn't stay again but 1 night was ok as part of my road trip. Its a 15 min drive from downtown area.
