From check in to check out, all was perfect. While I understand that we visited in the "off season" in Santa Fe, our room was exceptionally quiet ... no slamming doors, no service/staff noise. The happy hour food and drink was very nice, as was our breakfast. Management was very attentive. We will stay at the Drury Santa Fe in the future.

Our stay was one of the best experiences at a hotel ever. We were greeted by every employee as soon as we arrived on property. Valet, housekeeping, front desk, the buffet staff everyone was so inviting. The gentleman at the front desk was so informative. Definitely will stay again. No complaints.

This location is absolutely perfect. It’s directly behind Saint Francis Cathedral, which puts you at the center of the plaza. You are a few minutes walk from everything. With its isolation behind the cathedral people don’t even know it’s there and it’s super quiet. The balconies are a nice touch. it’s also about a 7 to 8 minute walk to Canyon Road with all the galleries. This is pretty much Centerpoint between Plaza and Canyon Road. The staff was very helpful. They were very eager to assist. The gentleman at valet that greeted us on Friday night was absolutely enthusiastic as he welcomed us. It was a great way to start the trip. The room was nice. The amenities are great. The room was spacious. I wish the beds were a little more firm.

The good and bad
The property is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like our patronage was valued. The breakfast was satisfactory, having a wide variety for everyone. The evening complimentary cocktails and appetizers was nice. They actually put out food that I would consider a full meal and could have just been dinner. Where my rating goes way down is the mattress and pillows. The mattress was like a concrete slab, and the pillows were just mush with no support whatsoever. I did not sleep a wink, and in my all night tossing and turning, my husband got no sleep either. What was supposed to be a nice getaway turned into me sobbing at 4 am because I was so tired and I felt like I ruined my husband’s good time too. I would not stay here again because I couldn’t sleep. If you like very hard mattresses and no support pillows then this is the place for you. I felt like I did not get my $230 worth for sure.
