The hotel and staff were nice. What i didnt care for was when i turned the shower and found the drain was clogged. Called front desk. They sent maintenance. They 2 guys spent 45 minutes in the bathroom pouring draino down the drain. Only to tell me i can try it again in about 30 minutes... at this point i said forget the shower and went to bed as i had a long day on the road and it was 9pm. Got up early the next morning and checked out.... paid well over 200 for the night and couldn't even take a shower. BTW in the morning it was still clogged. No discount or anything. Just a full charge and a "sorry for the inconvenience ".... I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Very nice stay in March. Staff is courteous and helpful. Restaurant is good but plenty of local places just outside that you’ll want to visit. Valet parking included was nice.

Was my husbands 60th birthday and after a long day of traveling and making a note that this was a special weekend - to please do you best to give us a great room we were put into a room akin to motel 6. Very run down, old furnishings dirty bathroom view of back of building. I immediately told the front desk this was unacceptable. Very nice front desk man said he would change our room. I asked for a quiet high floor room w a view and he put us in a room looking at a wall near the pool - all we heard were screaming children for the next 2 nights. I complained again and on the 3rd night they finally accommodated us and gave us a nice room on the 5th floor that I had been asking for but we only had it for a few hrs and had to check out early am so it was a waste. Some positive/ needs work- very nice people work here and are doing their best but just did t get the importance of this trip. The hotel lobby is impressive and the renovation on the 5th floor is nice but stay away from the 2nd floor. It’s run down/ paper thin walls/ very noisy and 1/2 the rooms look at a wall screen and you feel like you are in solitary confinement. For the cost of rooms this hotel needs to do better. The location is excellent very close to everything Santa Fe.

Nice hotel, missing remote, flaky hot tubs

Great location! Didn't have problems with cleanliness as others noted. I would stay here again. My family had two adjoining rooms. One of the rooms was missing the remote to the tv and the safe was locked, so unusable. After asking for multiple days, we still never got a remote for that room, and had to share the remote from the other room. They never resolved the locked safe either. I don't know why it's that hard to send up a spare remote, but apparently it is. Secondly, the hot tubs have temperature issues. One of them was dangerously hot, and the other lukewarm. Then the next day the lukewarm one was scalding. Whereas not a dealbreaker, the unreliability is annoying if counting on a nice soak after a day of hiking or skiing.

Easy Enjoyable Comfortable

Love the Hotel. SPA & Nina were excellent. Agave Rest. very good for dinner. Close to the Plaza for an easy walk for shopping & people watching. Close to our favorite restaurant for another meal.

I had reserved a deluxe double bed with balcony and fireplace and we were given a regular double bed. There was no price adjustment and I was told all the deluxe rooms were full and/or were being remodeled. The floor where we were placed was also being worked on, the corridors were half painted and not very clean.

Nice stay

Our stay was nice. The room has been renovated. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony. The shower is a bit tricky because of there the water sprays and the door opening. It was a pretty steady 72 degrees, so if you like it cooler at night that’s not really possible. Bed and pillows are comfortable. It looks like the carpet in all the rooms is being replaced with new lvp. It’s not noisy at all. Hopefully the carpet in the halls is next? Just needs a refresh in the lobby. It’s a beautiful property and a great location.

We stayed here just for one night to enjoy Santa Fe on our way back from a ski trip. Great location! Multiple attractions and dining options around. Comfortable room and excellent service.

When we checked in we were charged an additional resort fee. A section of that fee was designated for gym use, which is completely closed due to renovation. The woman took my card and didn’t even tell me what I was being charged for. I had to ask. There is construction being done on our floor. Why would not apologize for the inconvenience? The AC is the room is broken, so we were tossing and turning all night. We went for a cocktail around 9:15, the bartender was so nasty and rude and told us she was closing down. At 9:15? Lastly, the ‘resort’ area had little to no lights so it was a hazard to use the hot tub. Additionally, the hot tub water so hot it almost burnt our skin. I can’t believe I wasted $230 on this room.

Was initially checked into a room that was less than what I paid for, and there is a lot of work being done on the hotel. The fire alarm went off twice as a false alarm. The carpet looks like it’s been here since they opened the hotel. The room is a decent size. The location is ideal and the people are nice.
