Staff is friendly, room is spacious and the bathroom shower is huge. Two small items -there isn’t valet parking option (I know small detail) nor is there room service.

It was an amazing experience. The location was great, and the place was clean and well-maintained. They had a good selection of food. We visited with our young kids, and the parking was convenient. You can park across the road at the public parking lot for only $12. The hotel parking was too expensive.

No ice machines on hotel floors, guests needed to go to the lobby where there was a snack bar and get a bag out of a freezer (didn’t tell us this when checking in ). Room was fine but shower grout was not in good shape (mold), and heat in the room was extremely dry. Couldn’t adjust the thermometer to achieve a low fan, air blew on us at all times. Great location though, easy to walk to most everything.

room was fine,location and staff excellent,they did not have heat ( It was 30 degrees outside) !!! I feel bad for the hotel,not having heat during a cold spell is not fun,we got space heater and blankets.the people who booked directly thru them got free stay. we booked thru hotels.com so they could not offer us anything !! I did not wnat to move,since then I would pay for 2 hotels

Comfortable and clean, beautiful decor (old historic building I believe). Friendly helpful staff. Parking was easy and the hotel’s close proximity to the plaza meant we could walk everywhere. Great choice for central Santa Fe!
