Perched in Santa Fe's high desert with the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on the horizon, Sunrise Vista Sonora is a Modern Pueblo retreat where elevated design meets genuine comfort. Warm plaster tones, vaulted beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace, and curated Southwestern art carry through open, light-filled spaces — every room framing the mesa and mountain views beyond.

This is a home built for gathering. The great room flows into a chef's kitchen with an oversized island, and a long communal dining table seats the whole group for slow desert dinners. When it's time to spread out, multiple living areas, a dedicated game lounge, and a fitness space give everyone room to find their own rhythm.

Step outside and the property becomes an experience: soak in the cowboy pool under an open sky, warm up in the cedar barrel sauna, brave the cold plunge, or gather around the glass-walled fire table as the sun drops behind the mountains. Five bedrooms thoughtfully styled in warm Southwestern palettes, several with direct patio access and mountain views:

★ PRIMARY SUITE (BEDROOM 1) — king bed, private ensuite bath with soaking tub, patio access
★ BEDROOM 2 — queen bed, mountain views (shares the hall bath)
★ BEDROOM 3 — two queen beds, private ensuite bath; great for kids or a sharing group
★ BEDROOM 4 — full bed (shares the hall bath)
★ BEDROOM 5 — full bed (shares the hall bath)

BATHROOMS (3.5 TOTAL): Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have a private ensuite. A third full bathroom serves Bedrooms 2, 4, and 5, and a convenient half bath rounds out the home.

Comfortably sleeps up to 10 ADULTS across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with additional bedding available for children under 6.

HOUSE RULES & THINGS TO NOTE

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is strictly 10 ADULTS per local short-term rental regulations. Additional bedding is available for children under 6.
• CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM
• MINIMUM AGE: the primary guest must be 25 or older
• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, in keeping with our residential neighborhood and permit terms
• PETS: dog-friendly — up to 2 dogs with a $200 fee per pet. Other pets are not permitted.
• EVENTS: approved events only. Please reach out before booking if you're planning a gathering; unapproved parties and events are not allowed.
• The stargazing dome and outdoor wellness features (sauna, cold plunge, pool) are weather-dependent; usage guidance and safety notes are provided at check-in.
