Renovated in 2017, the apartment features practical and well-considered furnishings throughout. The living and sleeping area is equipped with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to a covered loggia, offering a pleasant extension of the interior living space. A separate room provides 2 individual beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The kitchen area is configured as a kitchenette and includes 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.
