The living and sleeping area serves as a welcoming central space, featuring 1 double sofabed and a dining table, making it both functional and comfortable for relaxing or sharing meals. This room also provides direct access to the covered loggia, adding an outdoor dimension to the living experience. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 individual beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements suited to families or small groups. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests.
