On the ground floor there is a modern open kitchen next to the living room that opens onto the main terrace with hammocks for sunbathing. In the space there are large windows with spectacular views of the sea, which is very bright. There is also a bathroom, a back terrace and a laundry room.



You can park right in front of the house for free.

Important notes



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Although it is one of the most popular areas on the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts surf lovers and adventure sports enthusiasts. It is a small fishing village with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some great restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Only 6 km away, in the coastal town of Can Picafort, you will find large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Eroski, Aldi and other clothes shops and restaurants.
