The house, tastefully decorated with high quality furniture, has all the amenities you may need: air conditioning throughout the house, heating and wifi. In addition, has swimming pool, garden of natural grass and several furnished terraces where to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those who looking for a quiet vacation. Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the other hand, areas such as Port d'Alcúdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation.
