The property offers a welcoming family atmosphere with several outdoor areas and a garden. The front porch provides lovely sea views and is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. The house features 2 double bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds together—a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and terraces surrounding the house, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining room, with extra fans in the bedrooms.
For alfresco evenings, there is a barbecue on one of the patios, surrounded by colorful bougainvillea flowers. Satellite TV with free German and English channels and free Wi-Fi are provided. Parking is available at the house.

The area boasts a beautiful natural sandy beach, part of a protected natural park, with clear waters ideal for swimming.
