Casa Marian is a modern accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, recently built and located in a very quiet residential area of Can Picafort 500 metres from the beach. The minimalist style house is tastefully decorated with high quality furniture and offers all the comforts you need for a happy stay: Air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating and Wi-Fi. It also has a beautiful swimming pool, a garden with natural lawn and several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those looking for a quiet holiday in a modern house with pool and close to the beach.
