House in an peaceful area, 120 m2 Swimmingpool area, with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a WC, dressing room, balcony, saloon, dinning room, saloon, 3 terraces, pantry, laundry room, kitchen, 2 garages, everything has 365 square meters, the house is fully equiped and free wifi area for internet access.
The distribution is: on the main floor there is the hall, the dinning room, the kitchen, a WC, the saloon, the pantry and laundry room; on the upper floor, all bedrooms have their own bathroom for everyone and wardrobes with linen and towells.
Outside has 210.000 square meters and more land with private free field access for walking, enogh to get lost. The finca also has two garages for 2 cars, swimming pool (9,5*4,5 m), solarium with 2 (3*3 meters) sun umbrellas and 7 sunbeds, shower,2 terraces with chairs, porch with table and chairs, barbecue place & garden.

Country idyl set in its own beautiful landscape

Fabulous house with superb views over the South Eastern hills. The house is modern with excellent facilities and a decent sized pool (a bit cold for swimming in November). We walked the extensive Finca and used the house as a base for cycling across the Northern mountains. Juan and Pablo are fantastic and very helpful in case of any problems. Renters just need to be aware that October to January is the hunting season so there are occasional early morning shooting parties.

Unique villa with amazing views

Wonderful week in this peaceful haven. Four adults and three children all enjoyed this perfect space. The villa is large , clean well equipped with everything thst you need. Juan the owner welcomed us on arrival and was always responsive to any queries both during the booking process and throughout our stay. He also left us a huge bowl of fruit . The setting is beautiful with pleanty of outdoor terraces and the pool area is wonderful with sun beds and seating. You do need a car as it is quite remote but the coast and nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away. We loved it and hope to return. Thank you Juan

Traumhafte Finca - wirklich alles perfekt

Sehr tolle, große Finca, welche die Bilder nochmals übertroffen hat. Highlight war der schön angelegte Garten mit dem großen Pool. Die Finca war sehr sauber und man hat bei der Einrichtung die Liebe zum Detail des Besitzers gespürt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Juan empfangen, der sich viel Zeit genommen hat um uns die Finca zu zeigen und einige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. bereit hatte. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Neben einer Nespresso Maschine gab es noch eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen Espressokocher. Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer etc. in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse konnte man sehr schön sitzen und den traumhaften Ausblick genießen. Bei den zwei kleineren Zimmern wären höchstens noch weitere Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer wünschenswert, ansonsten haben wir absolut nichts zu bemängeln und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach toll

Sehr schönes Haus, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, einkaufen, essen gehen. Schöner Pool und ein riesiges Grundstück zum laufen mit unserem Hund, der die wildlebenden Schildkröten sehr spannend fand. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gastgeber mit Obst und Wasser, auch sehr gute Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Juan. Haus war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Großartiges Haus, tolle Umgebung, erstklassiger Gastgeber

Wir waren schon einige Male auf Mallorca, aber dieser Aufenthalt hat tatsächlich alles übertroffen. Das Haus hat uns restlos begeistert; es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar eine Garage ist vorhanden. Auch der Pool ist fantastisch - er ist so groß, dass auch Erwachsene dort ganz entspannt ihre Bahnen ziehen können. Was uns daneben besonders gut gefallen hat: Unser Gastgeber Juan war außerordentlich engagiert und kommunikativ absolut beeindruckend. Jede Mail bzw. Whatsapp wurde in Rekordzeit beantwortet. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Fazit: Genau das richtige Haus für alle, die einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit der Familie erleben wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Wir (2 Paare) waren 9 Tage auf dieser wunderschönen Finca und haben jeden einzelnen - sogar den einen mit schlechtem Wetter - genossen. Das Haus ist traumhaft. Groß, ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit herrlichem Garten und großem Pool. Überall gibt es Terrassen zum Verweilen, man schaut in die Landschaft und hört absolut nichts. Die Betreuung durch Gastgeber Juan (oder auch seine reizenden Eltern) ist vorbildlich: freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne und unbedingt wieder.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage auch mit Kleinkind zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind. Viel Platz, sehr ruhig gelegen, ein schön angelegter Garten und Pool. Es ist alles dort, was man braucht und dazu eine stilvolle Einrichtung in jedem Raum. Juan hat uns auf Anfrage ein schönes Kinderbett aus Holz und einen Hochstuhl zurechtgestellt. Der Pool ist etwas unterhalb der Terasse gelegen, sodass Kinder nicht so schnell dort alleine hinkommen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Strand in Son Serra de Marina ebenfalls (familienfreundlich und nicht voll). Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Tolle Finca mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben 8 Tage als Familie mit 2 Kindern in der Finca verbracht und den Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Finca bietet viel Platz, eine tolle Aussicht, absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Eine Finca wie es nicht besser geht

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in dieser Finca . Angefangen mit dem Empfang von dem Eigentümer Juan der uns das ganze Anwesen genau erklärt hat und uns super Tipps über die Umgebung und den Aufenthalt auf der Insel gegeben hat. Die Finca hat eine sehr ruhige Lage mit einem überwältigenden Ausblick .Die Ausstattung der Pool und der Garten ist top gepflegt sehr sauber und einfach wunderschön .Wir werden wenn es irgendwie geht Stammgäste in dieser Finca .

Einfach Klasse !

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Villa gelebt und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert: angefangen von der Optik, Grösse, Individualität und Interieur bis zur vollkommenen Ungestörtheit und Ruhe. Unsere Erwartungen an einen Finca-Urlaub wurden in allen Punkten übertroffen. Der Eigentümer Juan kümmerte sich persönlich um alles Wesentliche: Ortsbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe, hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Einfach perfekt. Das Haus sowie der grosszügige Swimmingpool befanden sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war beeindruckend, alles funktionierte und die Küchenausstattung liess keinen Wunsch offen. Kurzum: wir kommen wieder !

Tolle Finca

Wir, 6 Personen in 3 Generationen, hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Finca die ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, durch die 3 En suite Badezimmer hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Es gibt mehrere Terasse .In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt, ausreichend Porzellan, Besteck und auch scharfe Messer und Elektrogeräte. Durch den großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank muss man auch nicht täglich einkaufen. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig, die einzigen Geräusche am Morgen kamen von Schafen und einem Esel in der Nähe. Das Grundstück ist wie das Haus sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist super, man kann aufgrund seiner Größe richtig Schwimmen. Insbesondere die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. In der Garage lag zudem diverses Wasserspielzeug, was die Kinder ausgiebig nutzten. Juan ist der perfekte Vermieter, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und er hatte viele gute Tipps. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Obst und Wasser. Wir waren garantiert nicht das letzte mal in “Sa Taulada”.

Relaxing stay, gorgeous house

As the title already says we (4 people from 26 to 34 including one couple) had a relaxing stay of one week in this gorgeus house. The object is located in an area of nearly no traffic and without neighbors and therefor the only noise you will be hearing is nature (including sheep and a donkey). If you want to calm down and get away from city trouble this is the right adress. The house is situated on a very large parcel of land that allows long walks withoug hitting any fences, neighbours or streets. According to that you have a great view of forrests all around you with mountains as your horizon. After a walk you can enjoy the pool which is pretty big for a private pool (depth about 1,3m declining to 2m and perfectly clean and with the right amount of chlorine. There also are some stairs if you don't want to swim but only cool your feet or sit in the water. The pool has two lights that can be turned on manually. The house itself is also very clean and in a good condition. It is supplied generously (dishes, pans, etc.) and has all the devices you need: coffee machines, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There are three bedrooms on the first floor (two beds each) and all of them have a bathroom en suite. On the ground floor you have the kitchen, a living room, a dining room and an additional toilet. The outside light is mostly automated (but can be overruled manually) which puts the garden in a nice light as it gets darker. There are various seating accommodations inside the house, outside on the terraces and next to the pool. WiFi is available in all rooms and on the terraces decently and still satisfactory at the pool area. Having a car is absolutely necessary. You can park in the front of the house without any problem as there is a garage and a car port and space for a few more cars. The house is reached via a private street. The renter is not only flexible and cooperative through the whole booking process but also very nice and friendly. He provided good information even before we arrived and took lots of time to show us the house and mark some spots on a map (beaches, restaurants, sights, etc.). Any requests and questions we had where replied via WhatsApp in no time. Great and pleasant contact! All in all staying here is great and we can only recommend giving it a shot!

hier war es wirklich klasse

Wir, 7 Personen im Alter von 1,5 bis 58 Jahre hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit unterschiedlichen Generationen. Getrennte Schlafbereiche und jede Menge Aufenthaltsbereich im und um das Haus lassen jeden zur Ruhe kommen. Die Aussicht und die Lage sind unübertrefflich- Grün soweit das Auge reicht. Man hört nur Vogelgezwitscher und Schafe, Esel und Ziegen. Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir waren im September 2017 für eine Woche in der Finca und hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Der Besitzer, Juan, war sehr nett und hat uns bei der Anreise alles gezeigt und uns Tipps gegeben, was man alles in der Gegend machen kann oder wo man gut essen gehen kann. Es war so ruhig dort, dass man nachts nur die Grillen zirpen hörte. Die Finca ist wunderschön, auch von der Einteilung her. Wir haben morgens auf der überdachten Terrasse gefrühstückt und saßen abends auf der oberen Terrasse und haben den herrlichen Ausblick über die schöne Landschaft genossen. Tagsüber konnte man wunderbar am Pool liegen und zwischendurch das kühle Naß genießen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, innen wie außen. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Mallorca, aber wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Great place, relaxing, nice house and sorroundings.

Our best place in the island, private and calm location but close enough to the beach and touristics spots, the house is very confortable, Juan the property owner is always giving his best to make the guest feel like at home, he is always available and on top of every little detail.Overall great holidays.
