The studio has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, sofa bed and a small living room. There is a private terrace where you can watch breathtaking sunsets. The equipment includes a washing machine, free Wifi, a fan and a cot on request.
In Can Picafort you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and petrol stations. You can easily get around on foot or by bicycle. The rocky beach is in front of the building and the sandy beach Son Bauló is 1 km away. The next golf course is in Alcanda, 17 km from the accommodation.

Der Checkin war super einfach,Kommunikation war top. Lage ist top.Leider ist das Bett schon sehr durchgelegen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.. Das Geschirr war leider sehr schmutzig....Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort....wegen der Aussicht und dem Preis....allerdings liegt die Wohnung im 4.stock 90 Stufen ohne aufzug bei 40 Grad Aber wir haben es zum 2 mal geschafft

Bel appartement
Bel appartement situé au 4ième étage sans ascenseur. Belle vue. Lit confortable et draps fournis. 2 terrasses. Par contre, aucun contact avec le loueur ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. La TV ne fonctionne pas, le repose pomme de douche est cassé. il y a aussi un manque de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. il manque aussi un parasol et une pelle pour le nettoyage.
