This apartment, situated on the fourth floor of a building with lift, opens to a hallway that leads, on the right, to an eat-in independent kitchen, well-equipped and provided with a dining table, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Walking further guests will reach the living room which comes with a dining area and furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV and with access to a balcony.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with two single beds and a wardrobe each. A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.

The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Great central location but very old building

The location here is good for walking. The apartment is very dated but does offer some charm. The building itself is not attractive or charming but does feel safe. My biggest complaint would be comfort of bed, it could be improved with foam topper but otherwise just like uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Also there is a pic of partial water view on site but that view is only if you are leaning over rail in front of next door neighbor’s front door. We thought that would be the view from the terrace, which is actually a parking lot and some surrounding greenery.
