The staff was very professional and friendly, the dining options were plenty, easy to book some of the amenities in advance.. we took advantage of the sports activities like sailing and kayaking and the beach was really nice.

The front desk staff was fine but the food and drink staff were excellent. Standouts for us were Juventina, Jose, Alan, Xochitl and Esmarelda. The beaches were wonderful and it was a great option to sit on the grass. I would suggest putting out more beach chairs as people are pretty selfish heading down at 7am to save chairs while not showing up for hours. All the food was good and such a variety. Generous pours on the drinks. It was always easy to get a taxi to take us into town. Nice big gym with lots of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back

Great place to stay with the family. Loved the beaches and snorkeling. Pools were great but could use some tile repair. Loungers and shade areas were great, but could use more. Not a fan of early morning towel game to save spots. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Food was good, easy to book à la carte dinners at concierge desk. Shuttles were always available longest wait was 8mins. Best saying of our stay “the resort grows on you”. We would come back, this is not a party place very chill and relaxing

This was an amazing experience. Everything was wonderful. The staff were super helpful and pleasant. The restaurant had great food and warm atmospheres. The beaches were beautiful. We were able to find good spots every day. Our rooms were well made up and stocked with treats and drinks daily. The shuttles were very convenient. The place has a very friendly vibe. We will definitely come again. We cam with our grandchild and her parents and it was a phenomenal experience.

The staff were super friendly, beds and rooms great. Beautiful beaches. The amount of walking (elevation) stairs to and from areas is not for the faint of heart. Major con - the food was terrible in the restaurants and the buffet. The best meal of the day was breakfast in the Mexican restaurant. The food was a big let down and the worst we have ever experienced at an all inclusive. Other than that, the resort was great.

For those with mobility issues there are lots of hills and stairs but they do have carts to take you up and down. Many people mentioned it was not walkable for them. The room was always very clean! Hortencia our chambermaid who came the most often was lovely. It would’ve been nice if they left who cleaned the room on what day so we could acknowledge their great job The beach, we love the beach. It is the usual getting up extra early if you want a lounger on the beach. We didn’t watch any of the shows. The music in the evening was nice, they had a variation of singers and bands. They mostly played in Spanish, we thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are used to Cancun type resorts there are much fewer English speaking employees. They were excellent while trying to understand my not so great Spanish. The service was all over the place either fantastic or not great at all. Moises made the best drinks! Xochitl was by far the best beach server. Nayeli and Adalid were fantastic in the lounge. Rutilio drove one of the special cars, he was always very happy and friendly. One thing we did not enjoy was having to make a big point of having the club wristband to be able to get different alcohol instead of the no name or have access to other alcohols. It was quite embarrassing, the bartenders and servers were not very attentive to the bracelet colours. There were a lot of people with stomach issues while we were there

The resort is in an excellent location that has a coral reef to snorkel off one of their beaches. There are many stairs to climb but there is transportation to move you around the resort and never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The staff friendliness and assistance was hit and miss with having experienced some who were dismissive. The food tended to be better at the buffet than A La carte. Most of the meat at A La carte was overcooked. Overall a lovely getaway for a week.

This is a very large property but once you figure out the paths and stairs it’s pretty simple. They had carts for transportation for those who didn’t want to or could not walk easily. Great food and service. Fantastic beach with great snorkeling $100 pesos will get you to town for some great shopping and food if want. . I would recommend this resort and come back again for sure.

Las Brisas is a large resort. It has lots of beach availability and access as well as lots of dining options. The beaches were amazing, food was great, only complaint is that with the extreme heat, having the bar open a bit earlier would have been nice.
