Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, this newly constructed duplex in Sector N offers a bright, modern and comfortable living space in one of Huatulco's most up and coming neighborhoods. It is in walking distance to all amenities from groceries and beaches to restaurants and bars, situating this property in an ideal location for those looking for convenient access to all of what Huatulco has to offer. This home's urban concept shares the exterior entrance path with the other adjacent home while taking advantage of the wonderful low-traffic area of this cul-de-sac location. Please note: The adjacent home is a private residence not being rented.

The main interior entrance leads into the main level's open concept layout. The many windows create a bright and tropical setting where you can enjoy the shared lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The locally crafted wood detailing throughout this level adds a touch of Huatulco's natural beauty to the space. Contrasted with the modern concrete, stone and tile, the space offers a fresh vibe where you can relax and take in the true essence of vacation.

The staircase leads to the second level of the home, where you'll find two bright and inviting bedrooms along with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom also features a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.

The Duplex itself is modern and the living space looked clean, looks like the pictures, BUT….while settling in to our accomodation, I had to dispense with an ant nest in the silverware drawer, wash dirty dishes that were stashed under the sink, deal with a leaking kitchen sink drain (at 1 point the pipe came right out of the wall) and deal with a leaking upstairs bathroom drain. There is VERY limited hot water. There were no extra towels and the bed linens were in poor shape and not the correct size for 1 of the beds. The “Tropical Garden” consists of a cement sidewalk and driveway, no shade and uncomfortable seating. The other side of the Duplex is unfinnished/under some sort of renovation with an absentee owner. (So nothing is happening) consequently there are rodents in the storage area (saw the droppings and heard them) All these concerns were brought to the attention of whom we thought were the property managers….their reply was always “I will let the property manager know”. Nothing was ever resolved while we were there. We were led to believe that midway through our 2 week stay, cleaners would come in….that did not happen and there was only a broom to tidy up with. We are well seasoned travellers and expect tropical issues when visiting the tropics, We also expect accomodations to be in decent working order and a certain level of comfort for the money we pay.
