The property is very well kept, nicely furnished and close to the marina and the old city, there appears to be a problem with the public sewerage and it rained 1 day and there was dirty water that smelled terrible for two or three days. Its was throughout the entire city. Very disappointing .

The apartments are beautiful much bigger than anticipated, could easily and comfortably fit four adults and 1 to 2 kids. They all have an amazing balcony with spectacular views to the bay, all the facilities like a kitchen, washing machine, for those on longer stays. Incredibly well located in a safe area of the town, within a short walk of the beautiful downtown where there are a ton of great restaurants and to the waterfront. The building is connected to a Hotel and you can enjoy all the facilities from the hotel like the pool, bars, restaurants, gym, spa. We were traveling with a large group and enjoyed a chill afternoon with drinks, food and massages by the pool one of the highlights of our trip. The staff running the appartments are very nice eager to help, give recommendations and make sure you are enjoying the most of the beautiful place that is Santa Marta.

Overall a very good experience. The suite was lovely and having access to hotel amenities was a bonus. Only a couple of minor issues not worth mentioning. For the price, it doesn’t get much better. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice. Without a doubt my first option when I visit Santa Marta again. The property is really good, the apartments are in great condition with beautiful views. You cant compare a regular room vs having your own balcony with ocean views. That said, the best part is the personnel. The team really go above and beyond to serve you and the communication is almost immediate, that really makes a difference. Also, they are really flexible looking to accommodate all your requests (resonable requests). The hotel shares the 4th floor with the AC Marriott, therefore you have all the ammenities needed. Truly an amazing experience from beggining to end.
