Many restrictions but some staff are very kind. Edgardo from Buho Bar makes the best piña coladas in the whole resort. Limited dining food quality and taste subpar for cost. Will need more than 1 golf cart between buildings but they tried their best to make it work. Receptionists Diara and Roslyn at Reservado building were awfully rude and made the stay uncomfortable. Their attitude was horrid and they were constantly on their phone gossiping while people waited on line for assistance. They ignored our good mornings or hellos but other workers in the lobby were always kind. Roslyn and Diara were annoyed with any questions we had about the map or resort services as they were met with eye rolls and indifference. Angel the barman at reservado pool bar was also unfriendly but we worked with Erick for the rest of the trip to try avoid anymore unpleasantries. Imprtant to note most of these resorts hold permanent residents so some owners are quite unfriendly to hotel guests. No music on any beach or pool or public area. Mostly nothing to do before 1030am, as there are no planned events and all pools/stores are closed within tthe resort. Some of the best massages available at the spa however, the chocolaterapia is a great choice.
