Room was very clean, comfortable bed and good A/C. Old historic hotel that was in very good shape and clean throughout. Continental breakfast had enough items to start the day. Situated in middle of downtown was helpful to shop.

We didn’t eat breakfast here but saw the room and it was nicely stocked with fruit, coffee and pastries. Room was very clean with cottage charm and the 3 of us had plenty of room. Parking is small in the back of the building but we had no problem finding a spot each night. Great stay!

This is a lovely little hotel right in the heart of cute Santa Paula but the room we had was not big enough for 2 people. There was only one nightstand, no clock and no hot water in the bathroom vanitybathroom
