Stunning, breath taking views of Santa Pola, and the countryside area, great for cycling or mountain walks.
This well presented 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is located on the popular gated community of Brisamar. The house, located along a quiet pedestrian walkway features satellite tv, covered terraced area upstairs, wifi and aircon throughout.
On entering the front door you are in an open plan lounge/dining area. To the rear of the dining area is access to the fully equipped kitchen, stairs to first floor, galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area.
To the right there is a ground floor bathroom with shower, and ground floor bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Stairs leading to the first floor. Two double bedrooms, one with twin singles to the front of the house. To the right a second double bedroom also with twin single beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and door leading to a first floor covered in terraced area great for relaxing in the shade with a good book and your favourite vino.
