No go!
There are many reasons. The first being we had issues from the beginning of check-in. One of the beds was broken and had to be repaired, disrupting our vacation time. The golf cart had zero instructions other than where the key was located. The house was not armed with a pool alarm as required by Florida state law. We had to purchase a pool alarm on our own and when reaching out where told that someone would come take a look at the alarm issue and all they done was plunder through our belongings and installed the alarm that I purchased instead of taking care of the issue. The layout of the house was very inconvenient for families with small children. Having a bedroom on the main floor for children and all other bedrooms on the second levee does not work. There was zero hot water in the kitchen, along with no dishrags, or pot holders which was very inconvenient. The house needs to be treated for pests as we killed numerous bugs and spiders during our stay. Further, there was no where to set shampoo or soaps in the other baths upstairs, really an issue. The toilet seat was cracked and super uncomfortable in the king bed (not master). Also the Layton of the bedrooms upstairs needs to be addressed, you have a king bed in the smallest room of the house. The queen would be much more suitable in the smaller room. The listing also stated that there was laundry on the main and second story, that is a lie and an inconvenience. Also mold on ceiling of bathroom.
