Welcome to 30A Sandcastle, your spacious and stylish beach retreat in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is spread across three floors, making it the perfect layout for large families or multiple groups traveling together. With two distinct living areas, everyone can find their own space to relax and unwind.

The main floor features a bright, open-concept living and dining area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar. After a day at the beach, gather for a family dinner or relax on the private balcony. The entire home has been recently renovated and professionally furnished to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights with $1500 in damage protection for your peace of mind. An additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Cancellation Policy: Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
