This amazing property features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 bathrooms, and sprawling decks on every level. Take in the tranquility of the protected nature preserve from the two back porches. Maximum occupancy of this home is 10 guests. 6 passenger golf cart included with rental (Must be 25 years old to operate golf cart).

As you enter this stunning property you will be amazed and the luxury and details throughout. The main level includes the Great Room which will be the perfect gathering spot after a long day at Camp Watercolor, the Beach Club, on the beach, or exploring everything 30A has to offer. The Chef's kitchen is a dream and features Subzero and Wolf appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with 4 barstools so friends and family can gather around the chef as they prepare the feast of the day. The dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen has a dining table that can accommodate 8 additional guests. The screened-in back porch, overlooking the nature preserve, will be a very popular spot and features a large sectional seating area, another dining table with seating for 10, and a 55" TV. The large front porch will be perfect to chill and watch the day pass by. The Main Level also features a beautiful Powder Room.

Ascending the stairs to level 2 you will find the Primary Suite which features a king bed, a stunning ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. The primary suite also opens to another large screened-in balcony and features a ping-pong table. The Guest Suite features a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Guest Suite opens to the front balcony. Bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk and a twin trundle bed. Bathroom 3 can be accessed from the hallway or Bedroom 3 and features an amazing walk-in shower.

Level 3 will be in high demand. This sanctuary features 4 twin beds and a wall-mounted TV, the perfect location for the kids.....

All rentals at As You Wish include 4 bikes and access to all the amenities Watercolor has to offer including the Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, The Boathouse, and Tennis Center (Additional Fee May Apply at some locations). Access Credentials (Wristbands) to WaterColor amenities will only be issued to registered guests that are staying at the home, and strictly limited to the maximum guest occupancy of 10 guests.

Excellent property in a wonderful resort. Location was great and all the amenities were on point. The outdoor spaces were our favorite and there were plenty of options for everyone to find their own escape. We would stay at this property again.

No crowds but all the amenities

Had a great family trip at a time when Watercolor is not crowded. Walking, biking, lazy river, pools at beach club. The golf cart was a great plus! House was clean. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and big swing on the front porch.

Beautiful house in great location

We brought our family (3 kids ages 9-17) to Watercolor and had an amazing time. The house was spotless and beautiful. Everything was a breeze and we will definitely return. We didn’t have any issues but they were super helpful in resources for rentals, etc. highly recommend

Wonderful stay and location

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, a short walk and even shorter bike ride into seaside. We loved that it was peaceful and quiet and away from all the activity. We rode bikes easily to the watercolor beach club everyday. The house has been totally renovated and had everything we needed. Our favorite was the ping pong table, and the swing on the front porch. The screened in back porch was great for outdoor meals. We would definitely stay here again!

“As you Wish” was perfect for our group of 8: 4 kids and 4 adults! Such an ideal location, less than 5 min walk to Camp Watercolor. The check in process was very smooth, loved the convenience of having the bikes and golf cart already at the property. Property manager was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. We all loved the pebble ice machine!! So many porches for hanging out and we would love to stay again!
