With a 2-minute walk to the Gulf, two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and pets welcome, it's an easy choice for families, couples, or groups who want the 30A lifestyle without the fuss.

The living room is bright and open with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and sliding glass door access to the patio - a good spot for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to cook in. The dining table seats the group comfortably.
The master bedroom has a king bed, private en-suite bath, and a Smart TV. The guest room is set up for families - twin-over-full bunk plus an additional double bed, sleeping four without anyone on the couch. Great place! Very nice with all we needed. Getting to the beach was a pain, however. You could not set up at the closest boardwalk as many of the beaches are “private”. Use the shuttle offered. It was great as was our driver Charlotte.

Booked unit and was provided routinely with updates and suggestions of activities during our stay . Shellena was an amazing point of contact and responded promptly to any communications . The unit was immaculate and close to the beach . Would highly recommend booking this unit .
