- BACK PATIO is right outside of the family room and overlooks the pool. A beachy style sofa, 2 chairs, and a coffee table positioned charmingly to endure the breezy Santa Rosa Beach air.
- KITCHEN includes stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, electric range, new fridge, and new microwave. Large bar top that houses 4 bar stools. All essential kitchen appliances included.
- DINING ROOM located towards the front of the home has a charming wood table with 6 chairs.
- FRONT PATIO right outside of the dining room and sitting over the front entrance with 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing.
- MASTER SUITE located just off the family room that encases a king size bed, a full size dresser, 2 bedside tables, and a Roku smart TV. Attached to the master is a large walk in closet and full bathroom with quartz countertop, mounted hair dryer, and a cozy walk in shower.
- BEDROOM 2 includes a bunk bed with the bottom bed being a full size bed and the top bed a twin size. There is also another full size bed Included. A full size dresser and Roku smart TV as well.

3rd Floor:
- LANDING HALLWAY at the top of the staircase overlooks the stunning family room and includes handrail and decorative balusters.
- FULL BATHROOM is positioned perfectly between 2 bedrooms. It includes a bathtub with a shower combo, a fairly large quartz countertop and mounter hair dryer.
- BEDROOM 3 overlooks the beautiful community pool and holds a king size bed, full size dresser, 2 bedside tables, and a Roku Smart TV.

The area is wonderful and gorgeous. For all the sweet tooth guests, there is an ice cream shop and coffee shop within walking distance and several other options in a short golf cart ride. The property is excellent and beautiful! The property owner is amazing at communicating. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing. Wonder host. Everything was just as described. The location is amazing, the golf cart was a much needed fun experience, the pool is clean and large, all the games were an extra bonus. Surprised at how well the house was stocked from paper products down to toys and chairs for the beach. Again can't thank the host for always being a text a way. You will enjoy your stay if you stay here.

Family beach trip

Our week was great. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and the teens were able to ride the bikes to the beach in 10 minutes. We overlooked the big, warm pool and used it often. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice week.

Fabulous Fourth!

This place was so cute and was in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, ice cream store, and dinner! Blaze was wonderful with communicating and made us feel welcomed. Would stay again!

Awesome Beach Stay!

The location was perfect for quick trips to the beach and back if needed. The pool was nice and very short walk from the townhome, and overlooking the pool was great for seeing how many poeple were already in the pool. It was close to restaurants and shopping areas. The host was super helpful and responsive. All in all, beautiful town home with plenty of space, and fun things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near the beach!

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in the Destin/ Santa Rosa beach area. It was an amazing time. The townhome was precious and had all the amenities, and Blaze was easy to work with and always got right back to us anytime we had questions. It was also a great location, close to the beach, and lots of fun places to eat! We will be back!

Annual Mother/Daughter Beach Trip

My 20 year daughter & I had a fabulous stay! Blaze was quick to respond to any communication and very kind. The condo is beautiful & located in the nicest gated community. Our dogs enjoyed watching the people at the pool while we sat on the patio. I certainly hope to return & have a longer stay. Thank you for sharing your beach home.
