Great Location!

Good location, shuttle service to the beach was a plus. A few restaurants within walking distance which were very good. The Turner Room was very small and the shower/ bathtub set up needs improvement. Also, we didn’t like the breakfast, too few choices and vegetarian. Overall friendly staff and lots of character to the place. Sam was very helpful and kind.

We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We loved the cafe breakfast, being able to walk to the beach easily, the comfortable room. The owners have struck a great balance of being attentive without being fussy. We were pleasantly surprised that we could rent bikes right at the office. We would love to return!

This place was amazing! We went as a girls weekend. The room was IMMACULATE. The property couldn’t be better. The included breakfast was such a high value. The service was awesome and friendly. We will definitely be back! My favorite part was that for a Florida older property, no mold or must.

Samwise went out of his way to accommodate me. Unlike any other hotel that I’ve stayed in this is far from a hotel. It’s like staying in a bed-and-breakfast on the people that take care of you are like family.. Warren was especially wise and sweet… And answered all of my questions… During the mist of a hurricane in Tampa, where all the refugees are crowding in Santa Rosa Beach hibiscus house was reasonably priced, especially being in the location. It is in Grayton Beach… I can’t thank them both enough for what they did and helped me out during my time in need… If you’re ever in Santa Rosa Beach, I would recommend them first before renting any hotel.
