Penny's is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath family home with dreamy amenities: community pool, bike paths, walking trails, fishing docks, playground, large pavilion with grill and fireplace, beach access, bikes, golf cart, home upgrades throughout, and more!

Where you'll sleep: This set up is ideal for multiple families! 2 King Suites, 1 Queen guest room and a bunk room for the kids!

1st floor:

2nd floor:
- Primary suite #2. King size bed with En Suite bathroom and hybrid memory foam mattress. Lake view too!
- Guest bedroom - Queen size bed with hybrid memory foam mattress.
- Bunk room- 2 bunk beds, twin over twin with plush pillow top mattresses
- All bathrooms come with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- Additional full bath on second floor and half bath on first floor.

- 2 pools – Less than 1 min walk away. 1 small kid friendly wading pool feeds into large Olympic-size pool. Seasonally heated as well!

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1-2 cars. Street parking is not permitted at this time.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
