The second floor includes your living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The dining table is also great to use as a workspace when needed, and the home includes WIFI and cable. There is even a private balcony to enjoy time al fresco.

Located 100 yards to the Tupelo Beach Access and 3 blocks to the center of Seaside with plenty of dining and shopping options. You are also only 2 blocks to the Seaside Adult Pool! This home is wonderful for honeymoons or weekend getaways.

"Spice" has a sister main house (1896 Sq. Ft., 4 bedrooms, sleeps 14) on the property called "Sugar". The cottages are available for rent separately or together, and there is a good chance there will be a guest in the main house during your stay. The video tour on this listing includes a tour of both the main house and carriage house. Only the carriage house will be available for your stay.

Lovely gem of a place

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect. Beach just a quick walk across the street. I used Instacart delivery for a few groceries when I arrived, and the Seaside shops and restaurants were just a block away. The only thing I would change about this gem would be to provide two small beach chairs. (You can rent some but that seemed too much for just an hour or so on the beach.)

The location was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately we had no wifi the entire time, lights upstairs would come on in the middle of the night, and the house lacked very basic items in the kitchen that you don’t plan to buy on a short vacation (salt, pepper, oil, and coffee filters). I think that if these things can be fixed it would be the perfect vacation rental for two.

The location is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the seaside square. Literally the easiest beach vacation as far as not having to drive anywhere. The spice cottage was cute and quaint. My only issue was the wifi connectivity constantly going in and out no matter how many times we reset it.

My husband and I booked this place for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for us 2! The carriage house was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The beach access was even closer than we imagined just right across the street and a super close walk to the main square. The only watch out is the house is nestled right behind the main house’s deck so it could be a risk if there were noisy neighbors outside on the patio but we didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip, and the location of the property (short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants) was fantastic. The carriage house was clean and cozy with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a couch, TV, kitchen table, and kitchen upstairs. I would definitely stay again for a couples weekend away.

This cute cottage is close to everything. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The beach is right across the street and only 2 blocks from the heart of Seaside. The shower is very tight but I loved everything else about this place, would definitely recommend!
