This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 with a queen sleeper sofa and is meticulously maintained with top-of-the-line finishes and renovations. Modern coastal charm surrounds you made even better by the Gulf views. The fully remodeled kitchen is light and bright with gleaming quartz counters and touches of warm brass.

Listen to the surf from the dining room table that seats 6 plus additional seating at the counter peninsula. All 3 TVs are Smart TVs. The pocket door off the kitchen offers the option to create a private ensuite between the guest bedroom and hallway bath.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Property is located perfectly on the beach. The decor is up to date and modern as described and cozy n comfy with an amazing view of the ocean. It provides great access to area restaurants and shops. Having the accessibility to your room throughout the day made going back n forth easy and with absolutely no hassle. Def recommend this amazing spot.

Beautiful family beach trip!

We were extremely pleased with this property! It was well maintained and had a spectacular view of the ocean. It was in a great location as well. My only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathrooms, but overall a fantastic experience!!!

We searched a lot of properties and glad we found this one

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4….two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc
