Great Location on the Beach

Pros: Fabulous location, beautiful views, quiet condo building, nearby restaurants and seafood markets, and directly on the beach. The building is older, but the unit has been renovated and is beautifully decorated. Cons: Very small bathrooms, and the main mattress is too firm for my taste. There is also a slight mildew/musty smell upon entering the unit, but it wasn't as strong after the air had circulated. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a long weekend vacation!

The unit desperately needs updating (like the lovely lobby)!! It smelled very musty the entire trip even after trying to air it out. Almost like it had been a former smokers place.

Update needed

I’ve stayed here in these condos before there was at least salt and pepper. There was no minor thing available so I had to go back to Publix to just get salt and pepper and oil. Annoyed with that bc I never had to do that before. It’s extremely out dated and the master bedroom mattress destroyed my back. Ridiculously too hard. The freezer door wouldn’t close do to bad shelf inside the freezer so I had to remove it so it could I close. A screw came out of the inside of the dryer and I placed it on top of the dryer. This particular condo should be updated. It smells bad unlike the others I’ve stayed in too. Just a disappointed condo. Wish I would I have booked a more updated one but was fooled by the pics. Also, under this new management when you book, you can’t tell which view you’ll have from the backside of the condo unlike before.
