Sleeping up to 6 people, this end unit on the third floor has a king bedroom, hall bunks for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa.

The Palms is a favorite destination and so close to Seaside and other area activities along 30A. This area offers a paved trail that follows 30A used for walking, jogging, and biking and bike rentals are available through local vendors.

Amazing propert

This property was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was super simple, the condo was extremely clean with updated furniture that looked amazing. The convenience of walking to the beach was perfect allowing us to easily transition the kids from the condo to the beach or back to the condo for lunch. The communication with the property manager was amazing and super simple and they were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come to this area. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice stay.....good use a better master bedroom mattress for the cost of a nites stay....bunk mattresses were more comfy.....ice machine didnt work at all....and a box of tissues in the condo would be nice....CMON.....few other minor things could have been better for the price your charging

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palms! It was nice, clean, & a perfect location! The management company responded quickly when we needed batteries for the tv remote & frequently checked on us during our stay. The only issue is the living room tv. There is no type of cable service & we could only watch old tv rerun stations. They definitely need to update this because we encountered some rain during our stay. The bedroom tv was great with multiple channel programs. Overall, it was great!

Condo in terrible conditions, dirty & not taken care off!!

I have been so disappointed in this property! I was holding back to write a bad review but I have to warn other people from staying here! This place is very dirty, there are blood stains in the bathroom wall in master, mildew & mold in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor which means it never gets cleaned well!! Carpet in living room full of sand. Pots in terrible conditions. But what I'm mostly concerned is in how dirty this place and not taken care of! It's in terrible conditions! I feel like I am staying in a cheap motel. There are so many bugs inside and right now as I was headed to bed I saw a huge brown spider by the bed!! The master closet is discussing I don't even want to open it! Everything is falling apart! The toilets in terrible shape! I am so sad we picked this place! I have stayed at Seagrove many times and I have never experienced this in a property before! We are in Covid times so this should not be happening!!
