Just a short stroll up Seaside Avenue will land you in the heart of Seaside's Town Center, where you will find dining and shopping options for everyone in your group!

Recently renovated, the main house boasts 2 large 1st Floor bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a bunk room with 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, and two living rooms. A flex space off of the courtyard, under the guest cottage offers a quiet space for someone to work or an additional living room with large TV, Queen sleeper sofa, and half bath. In the guest cottage you will find a third bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Additionally you will have access to two washer and dryers!

The well appointed chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing all of your meals at the beach. The 4 burner Wolf Range will delight even professional chefs in their kitchen away from home. The well stocked kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals - from muffins and pizzas to a gourmet 4 course meal. Keep everything fresh in the SubZero refrigerator and freezer. An additional wet bar area offers a SubZero wine cooler to keep your beverages cool. The dining table seats 6 with an additional seating area for three at the bar. After dinner, enjoy a drink or a nice book on the oversized porch bed swing on the front porch!

Off the kitchen is a full, hallway bathroom, shared by the bunk room and 1st floor secondary bedroom. The bedroom on the west wing features a king size bed, wall mounted TV, and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. The kids will have their own space upstairs in the bunk room, where you will find a twin bed over a full bed, a dresser and hanging space for clothes, and a wall mounted TV for early morning cartoons. This space also has it's own A/C unit to ensure everyone is cool and comfortable during your stay! The downstairs hall bath offers a lovely cast iron soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower.

On the east side of the home you will find a large living room and the master bedroom. Vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light that pour through the windows will make you delight in this lovely space. A private porch out front features two rocking chairs. At the back of the east wing lies the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and private access to the patio. The master boasts a king size bed, dresser and closet, wall mounted TV, and a beautiful bathroom. Inside the luxurious master bath you will find a double vanity, walk in shower, and a large built in cabinet with ample storage.

The private patio is enclosed by the main home on three sides and the guest cottage to the rear. With a private entry, the guest cottage is perfect for a young couple or anyone in your party wishing to have a little more privacy. Up the stairs to the guest cottage, you will find a small kitchenette and beautiful full bathroom. Upstairs in the guest cottage lies a king size bed and wall mounted TV; the perfect spot to retreat in the evenings away from everyone else.

The large laundry room boasts an Electrolux front loading washer and dryer and plenty of beach equipment for the kids to enjoy a day in the sand! As you step out the rear gate, you will find the sand path running behind the house, with quick access to the tennis courts and nearby pools and playground. The beach is short 4 minute walk down Seaside's charming brick paved streets. Also a quick 3-4 minute walk is the center of town, packed with shopping and dining options for the entire family. Catch a movie in the ampitheater on Friday night, and let everyone pick their favorite entree from one of the many airstream trailers that dot Seaside's 30A corridor. For desert, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with an ice cream or gelato from Heavenly's!

Seaside is a beautiful, iconic town on Scenic Highway 30A. The community boasts three pools, a fitness center, croquet lawns, volleyball courts, shuffleboard court, tennis courts, a playground area, tetherball, and much more! As a guest in one of our Seaside homes, you will receive armbands and gate codes to access all of Seaside's residential beach access points to enjoy Seaside's private beaches. Chair and umbrella service are not required, but service is available through Cabana Man. Please inquire for an access code after you book your trip!
