Off the Bucket List is a luxurious, newly renovated 3,593 sf home located in iconic Seaside! Never before rented, this elegant cottage has been beautifully restored without losing its Victorian inspired charm. With 4 bedrooms/3 full baths/2 half baths, Off the Bucket List will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in spacious bedrooms, dual living spaces, and multiple porches. Off the Bucket List features a tower deck with expansive views of Seaside and glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico. Located across from Croquet Lawn, guests can enjoy a 30-second walk to the Seaside Family Pool, Adult Pool, Fitness Center, and playground. Just a 6-minute walk will bring you to the beautiful, emerald Seaside beaches. This stunning home is truly a unique find in Seaside!! Please NOTE: Neither golf carts nor on-street parking are allowed in Seaside.

Guests have accessibility to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts (fees apply), croquet courts, private fitness center and multiple parks. You are within walking distance to the delectable delights on Air Stream Row, as well as several other amazing local restaurants, retail establishments, quaint gourmet grocery, chapel and artist galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place.

NOTE - we automatically include the cost of Swim and Fitness passes to our Seaside reservations. This charge is optional with Grayt 30A Vacations. If you DO NOT want access to any of the community pools and/or the fitness center during your stay, please call us directly and immediately after booking if you would like to remove this charge. Once removed from the stay, this charge cannot be added back on. Charge varies and is dependent on length of stay. Ten wristbands and two parking passes are left inside the home for guest use. If any wristbands and/or parking passes are missing upon departure, a replacement charge of $150 + tax per item will be charged to guest.

Wedding during Memorial week

This home exceeded our expectations! It’s very clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The house was perfect for our family of 5. More than ample room for everyone to hang out together or find space to relax alone. The location is near the back of Seaside which we loved, less traffic & quiet. Close to tennis courts that our son used daily! Short walk or bike ride to the circle for restaurants & shopping and the beach. We love the evening walks through the neighborhood. We got married at Eden Gardens while there and the house was perfect for getting ready!

Great Property with Lots of Room

Really enjoyed the property, it was very clean and the beds were fantastic. About 5 minute walk from house to beach and just 3-4 minutes from main Seaside.
