We had a great stay! The house was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short and very private. The location was perfect and easy to get in and out of on 30A. The pool was great!

The home is beautiful and stocked to make vacation easy - kitchen pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses; paper products; 2 dishwasher and laundry pods; travel shampoo, conditioner, body wash; plenty of white bath towels. The home & neighborhood use codes for everything and it’s a code to get out once in, and it’s a different code, and you’re given wrong codes too. A little frustrating. Close private deeded beach access (0.4 mi walk) was lovely to not be at a public beach access. Wrong information for beach setup though; I walked over to find the contact info for the vendor with vending rights (it was Captain Jacks - (334) 312-2750)). The primary BR is on the top floor, while the other 2 BRs are on the bottom floor (***different than listing and affected our group with a senior recovering from hip surgery). The bunk room is very tight due to size of bunk. The bunk room bathroom is extremely tight - you cannot close the door while standing at the sink or toilet. No dresser in the other BR on the bottom floor. 19 steps between levels and elevator isn’t available to guests. AC on bottom floor is programmed in the 80s at night. Ants in kitchen & bottom BR it’s FL but we could tell it was expected.
