The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach.

We had a great time! Condo had everything we needed as a family of 5, was very clean, had comfy beds/linens, steps to the pool, easy bike ride to the beach access, nice patio area to relax at night. We enjoyed our time at this beach retreat. The beach access is only a few blocks away and it is convenient/walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. Publix is a ten minute drive. Beautiful weather and great value for the location and condo.

Great stay away from traffic

Had a great stay. The rental is close to hiking trails and bike path and walking distance to the beach as long as you are not carrying a heavy load. After spending the day outdoors chilled playing scattergories in the evenings.
