Need to know Information:
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for entry into the Beach Club or Camp WaterColor. Paper wristbands will be
provided for children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages are strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• WaterColor Beach Services- Open daily 9am-5pm
• Camp WaterColor is open from10:30am-7:00pm daily.
• WaterColor Beach Club is open from 8:30am-7pm daily.
• All pools outside Camp WaterColor are open 8am-dusk.

• Van Ness Butler, Jr. Regional Access is ADA accessible and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
• Located between Seaside & WaterColor w/ parking on the northside of 30A.
• Lifeguards are on duty from 10am-6pm, seven days a week
from March 1- Sept 30.
• Tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a15’distance
from the dunes for emergency vehicles.
**Beach-accessible wheelchairs are available seasonally at this access by calling the South Walton Fire District office**

Booking Policy:
• 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking
• Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
