Seaside Haven is a beautiful, recently exteror renovated home completed in 2026, (Pictures to follow) conveniently located on scenic 30-A in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. This spacious vacation home offers 2,106 square feet of thoughtfully decorated living space designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.
The neighborhood beach access is just a 5-minute walk to the stunning white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. This home features two pools and a hot tub, with one pool located just steps from your door. Perfect for large families or multiple couples traveling together, the home boasts four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds and private decks, while the other two bedrooms each contain two full-sized beds (for a total of four full beds). Every bedroom includes a large flat-screen TV. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and ample seating for everyone to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and outdoors you’ll find gas grills conveniently located near the pools — one right in front of the house. Guests also enjoy access to a private tennis court and sand volleyball court.

Seaside Haven is conveniently located in this less congested section of 30-A and walking distance to Gulf Place, which has a large variety of restaurants, like Shunk Gulley's, which offers exquisite views of the Gulf, and unique ice cream flavors at Pecan Jacks! Gulf Place is a short stroll away and features outdoor shopping, local artists, and charming cafés, many of which offer outdoor dining and live music.

Goatfeathers Restaurant & Seafood Market and Local Catch are just across 30-A. The nearest Publix grocery store is a short drive away. Bike, paddleboard (yolo board), and kayak rentals are available right across from Goatfeathers on 30-A.
This area is truly the most relaxing place we have ever visited. It’s no exaggeration — the moment you turn onto 30-A, you have entered paradise!

Santa Rosa Beach is ideally situated between Destin and the WaterColor/Seaside areas. Named one of the “10 Best Beach Destinations for 2011” by Yahoo! Travel, it offers an endless array of indoor and outdoor activities.

Donna was wonderful to work with. The house was beautiful and close to the beach and the pool was right outside the door. This was a perfect location for us to visit my cousin’s son! We had a great time!
