This hotel is a resort sent back to 1962. The staff are amazing!!!!! I will always book here when I go to Santa Rosa to see my kiddos. Oh, btw it is very safe!!!

We enjoyed Christmas Day lunch outside. While the staff was super busy and we had to wait to check in even with reservations, staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We sat outside and it was wonderful, watching the rain while under the heaters! Thank you

Gal who checked us in was great. Love that the hotel is so festive for xmas (and throughout the year). Thoughtful things like gift wrapping station, photo "booth", etc. And supplies to buy in lobby. Like the amenities - pool, jacuzzi, gym, firepits/patio, etc. (altho didn't use this time). Rooms are clean and ok, but could be better. The concrete floors are cold, maybe faux hardwood would be better and carry sound less. Bed was sunk in and needed to be replaced. But liked the foam(?) bed topper. Two chairs better instead of chair and stool for table. Bathroom ok but not exciting (maybe different tile). Love the coffee in room, and fridge. Would be great to have microwave too. Like that there is oat milk in restaurant for espresso drinks (as I can't drink milk). Wish there was gluten free bread. And a plain/healthy food option like grain/salad bowl w/chicken.

Vibes of the location are amazing. It's cute and retro looking with a really great location. The front desk staff was friendly and there seemed to be ample parking. But that is where it ends. How this location gets away with charging SO MUCH money for a single night (2 night minimum during the summer) is wild. Walls are SO thin, they provide you ear plugs in your room. Which is all good and fine if you can wear them, I can't. I could hear full complete conversations from neighbors and people coming and going through the exterior door all night long. The curtains and blinds don't fully cover the window, so light from cars and the street shone into our room all night through these crevices. There is also a night light in the bathroom which is a great touch, until it's night and your room is extremely bright from it. Light also shines in through the peep hole and under and around the room door from the interior hallway. It's a great day-pass place, the pool looked amazing. But I would not be able to stay here again.

Room was clean, but it had a concrete floor without carpeting on most of it, which was cold at night for getting out of bed. Also, the tile flooring in the bathroom was slippery, and got worse when it got wet from the shower which happened with each use. The bed, however, was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel and I slept soundly each night I was there.

Great resort feel, the pool is spectacular, restaurant is great and the rooms well appointed! Asked for robes for our room and did not receive before checking out.
