Room was clean, and the women at the front desk where super friendly and very helpful. Theyare brand ambassadors for you. A hand to have an in-house restaurant they are because there’s not really that much around so I appreciate appreciated that. Very easy on and off the freeway. I have no complaints.

Hilton Garden Inn is comfortable, staff is helpful and it is nice to have an on-site bar and restaurant. However, we encountered some rough edges on this stay: 1) a 10 minute shower set off the fire alarm, 2) the bathroom fan didn't work, and 3) it took a LONG time for hot water to arrive in the shower. I estimate 10 to 15 gallons of water went down the drain before the water got hot. This is inexcusable in an area that promotes water conservation.

The front desk staff is really friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room itself is clean, and no visible dust in sight. Overall, the hotel is located in a convenient location, only couple about 5 minutes away from STS Airport.

The room was wonderful. I had a problem using my room key when I was entering from outside,and an employee named Doran came to my rescue!!! He let me in and went to front desk and got my key fixed!! He saw I had been shopping and had my hands full, truly appreciated his help!!!

Staff was excellent from front desk check-in to the shuttle drivers. Very accomodating. In fact this place has a lot of excellent touches (the elevators were always somehow at my floor when I pressed the button!). The food is very good and the wait staff is cheery and kind. All in all this was a top-notch experience!
