The hotel is stunning — spacious, modern rooms, great bars and restaurants, and a fantastic pool area. However, there are a few drawbacks: there’s no beach access (areal photos are misleading), and frequent corporate events with loud music often go on until midnight, which can spoil the atmosphere. Big hotel, not sure it's a 5 star, but it was ok. Room's are nicely decorated but missing basic things like a hook to hang up your towel. Staff service is mixed, some really good, some not the level a 5 star hotel should be. Lots of families with young children.
