Für einfache Ansprüche ok

In der Küche haben wir vermisst: Wasserkocher, Korkenzieher, Brotmesser, funktionierende Espressomaschine (Dichtungsring fehlte), sauberes Geschirr. Dies nur als Tipp für die Vermieter, lässt sich ja leicht ändern. Schwieriger wirds dann mit den rostigen Stellen im Bad, die leider auch nicht ganz sauber waren, wie auch das Sperrmüllsofa oder die Fenster, aber naja, alles noch im Bereich des Tolerierbaren.
